A glance over November’s Smallville

Okay! Let’s have a brief look over the episodes aired in the month of November. In fact they all are favorite ones of mine. Three episodes of Smallville were aired in November month that are Kandor, Idol and Pandora.

Kandor was aired on November 6, 2009. It was a great writing of Al Septien & Turi Meyer that clutched the attention of 2.63 jillion viewers. This episode was as interesting as the other episodes; in this episode Zod recalls his troops about the destruction of Kandor and the exploitations of the ruling council shortly before the destruction of Kandor. On the other side Clark’s realization about his father, all this was overall amazing.

Similarly Idol, 2nd episode of November month that was aired on 13th of this month captivated 2.68 jillion viewers towards this show. In this episode the scene very my close to my heart is, when Clark reveals his Big Secret to Lois that he is shortsighted and Lois responds to him with a kiss. I’m dead sure that you must have loved this episode Idol.

On November 20, third episode of Smallville was aired. It was Pandora that got 2.45 jillion viewer ships. In this episode I loved the determination of Clark when he takes the decision to fulfill the longing of his dying father. A new direction to the relation of Clark and Lois was the best part of this episode.

In short Smallville is a truly fabulous show. This show is achieving the heights with its ongoing episodes.

Tom Welling: - “I feel super about the season 9”

The Smallville star, Tom Welling said exactly what all the fans of this implausible TV show were willing to say, as the ongoing season of this show is really “super”.

This time we will have a profound look on what Tom feels about the show, in particular the ninth season of this show.

Tom is the most down to earth actor have ever seen. He is too popular, yet so humble. This is what makes him the “best”. I remember recently he accepted, “When I started Smallville obviously I hadn’t done much acting. My goal was to learn everything I could. And along that road I just needed to learn everything about everything and then use that to make the show better.…”

In general, actors don’t give these sorts of statements. Most of the actors articulate that they had congenital acting skill. Well, that’s something which sounds ludicrous.

Afterwards, when he was asked what exactly made him to sign the ninth season and the subsequent season of this show, he mentioned, “Well when they brought it up, the first thing I said was, ‘What’s the story going to be?’ And no one was really sure, and that’s why it took a little while to figure out, because I really didn’t want to engage in anything until I knew what I was going to get myself into. So that took a lot of discussion and meetings between me and Peter Roth and Kelly and Brian about what next season was going to be. Once that took its form then the decision wasn’t so difficult. We have a great group, and I love everybody that’s a part of it.”

When he was asked about his association with Chloe, he said that they themselves don’t know what exactly is going to happen. Talking more about them, he mentioned that Clark’s relationship with Chloe is like “rough seas”.

Hmmmm…..This is what I call professionalism. Tom said nothing about Clark’s relationship with Chloe, except “rough seas”.

Season 9 Of Smallville Is Through

The happy days are back!

Yes, with lot of happiness and joy, I would like to say that the ninth season of our much loved TV series, Smallville is through. Season 9 of this out of the queue TV series was premiered on September 25th 2009 with the show opener entitled as “Savior”. This episode was widely appreciated by everyone, yet it got lower ratings as compared to its usual ratings.

But personally, I must say that it was awesome. I found it catchy, and I believe that I was, as it should be. It embedded all those ingredients that it ought to have.

Anyways, two consecutive episodes of this series had been aired. All of them were uniquely different from the previously aired episodes of this show. The last aired episode was entitled as “Rabid”. It was aired on October 9th 2009.     In this episode, Tess started showing zombie-like indications. Then Clark comes to know that Tess was at the Daily Planet when she started to point up those symptoms. Then it was shown that he rapidly goes to the Planet in order to save Lois. There after a clash with numerous zombie attackers, Lois was nibbled. And like wise everything moves.

The subsequent episode is scheduled to air on October 16th 2009. This episode will be entitled as “Echo”. Trust me guys, I am simply dying to watch this and the upcoming episodes of this season. It won’t be wrong to say that I am loving this season. I searched a lot but, could only get little information about this episode. In this episode, The Toyman was shown. He came back and holds Oliver hostage at Queen Industries. In the meantime, Clark will be given the capability to have the sense of what people are thinking.

Fifth, sixth and the seventh episodes of this season will be entitled as “Roulette”, “Crossfire” and “Kandor” respectively. Fifth episode will air on October 23rd whereas the sixth episode is scheduled to air on October 30th.

The season opener will be entitled as “Savior”. In this episode, Clark Kent ultimately makes up his mind that he has to start the training with Jor-El. Whereas on the other hand, Lois meets up with another journalist, John Corben from the Daily Planet. Additionally, Chloe humbly asks for a favor by Clark that finally spoils their friendship.

The subsequent episode will be entitled as “Metallo”. This time, after recovering from an accident in which he was hit by a truck, he comes to know that he has got some supernatural abilities and kryptonite heart. Whereas Lois was kidnapped while gazing into Red-Blue Blur.

Talking about the cast members,  Tom Welling as Clark Kent, Allison Mack as Chloe Sullivan, Erica Durance as Lois Lane, Justin Hartley as Oliver Queen, Cassidy Freeman as Tess Mercer and Callum Blue will be there as  Zod.

Smallville set to rock Comic-Con

Smallville, all set to kick off its ninth season, has fans in the frenzy over the possible plotline in the coming season. To quench the curiosity of the fans, the cast members of the show, Erica Durance, Justin Hartley and Cassidy Freeman will join the showrunners Kelly Souders and Brian Peterson for an appearance in Comic Con in San Diego in July 2009. The group will discuss about the forthcoming season of Smallville. And all is not done yet friends; they will also show the exclusive clips from the approaching season. More cast members are also expected to join them for the same.

The Smallville panel is scheduled to be held on July 26th, 2009 in room 6BCF.

The famous American television series was premiered on October 16, 2001 for the first time. Since then till date it has been widely appreciated by everyone and trust me its worth watching the show as it is one of the best television shows, I have ever seen. Everything in the show is simply outstanding and moreover if we talk about the plotline then I hardly find any word to describe its unique script. 174 fantastic episodes of Smallville have been aired so far and all of them were liked by all the fans of the show.

Smallville May Bring Some Surprises

Hello friends, I have an exciting news for you all. Our wait for season nine of Smallville will soon be coming to an end as The CW network has officially announced that the series will be renewed for the ninth season. How the season, will turn out, is yet a mystery though. And the key to the mystery is Tom Welling’s presence on the show.

Tom is portraying Clark Kent, “the star of the show”, I mean the lead character. It has yet not been announced whether he will come back or not, for the ninth season.

I still remember how terrible it was to watch Smallville in the beginning of season 8 without Kristin Kreuk and Michael Rosenbaum. I missed them a lot and still do. It’s not just me, but all the fans of the show had the same reaction towards their departure. Though the creators somehow managed to save the show from downslide in the absence the two main characters, but this time around if the character of Clarke doesn’t continue or Tom gets replaced by anyone other actor, then it would be very hard for all its viewers to watch the show. I don’t think that the show will be able to maintain its ratings.

It has been revealed that a new character will be introduced in season 9. Mason, a man in his early 30s will be that character. Mason will be a lively person with few dark secrets. This has not been confirmed that who will portray the role.

The CW network is not in any sort of hurry to answers any of the questions publicly. And all we can do is to wait and hope for the best.

Smallville Star Blasts His Former TV Bosses

Hey friends! We have seen him as a calm and cool person on Smallville, but many fans of John Schneider, got to see the angry side of their beloved actor when he lashed out at his former television bosses. Apparently, John was angry about the fact that his former bosses from CBS had earned millions of dollars from sales of videos, DVD’s and merchandise of his super hit show The Dukes of Hazzard but had not paid anything to the cast members.

John had become quite famous with his portrayal of Bo Duke in the 1980s hit series. It has been twenty five years since the series stopped airing and according to the actor, the network still benefits by selling the merchandise of the show. He has further reported to have said that the cast members of the show had helped people, whom they had never met, make a fortune and that they deserve to receive some part of the profit which is being earned partly because of their talent and hard work.

I completely agree with the actor as I feel that, it is actually the actors who put forward what others think and write. They make us believe, things which might be impossible practically. They definitely need the support of an entire crew with various other talents, but then if they themselves are not talented enough the hard work put in by people who are in the background will be futile.

This is especially true in case of shows like Smallville where the actors have to make the audiences believe not only in the superpowers of a normal looking human being but also convince them about the existence of a parallel universe and many other such phenomenon. We must really compliment the entire cast and crew of Smallville, which has just completed the airing of Season 8.

Smallville has been successful in not only making people believe in the reality of Superman, but has also made them have a look at his strengths and weaknesses as a human being. In addition, Smallville has managed to successfully put across the message of getting above personal gains to work for the overall well being of the human race.
