Smallville Season 6

Season 6 of the adventure series Smallville tv show debuted on 28th September 2006. The season aired a total of twenty-two episodes. In the first episode, Clark’s father’s assistant, Raya helps him as he is trapped in the Phantom Zone while Chloe comes across Jimmy Olsen who is working at the Daily Planet. Clark returns from the Phantom Zone and uses the House of El crystal, given to him by Raya to defeat Zod. Clark’s suffering from cold accidentally leads him towards learning about another of his powers while Lois becomes interested in investigative journalism after being nearly hit by a blowing door and Lex tries to determine the identity of his stalker. Lex organizes a charity fund raiser costume ball and Lana tells Chloe about her mistrust for Lex while Clark comes to know about other prisoners who might have escaped from the Phantom Zone with him.

Upon investigating a theft, Clark finds the thief to be Oliver and while Lois prepares to pen down the incident, blaming Green Arrow for the theft, her only evidence gets stolen, destroying her front page news for the Inquisitor. Lex tells Lana about his latest project of studying the mysterious black box. The animosity between Lex and Oliver is revived when the two meet at their 10 year reunion and when Oliver’s friends start dying mysteriously he suspects Lex of being involved in their deaths. Oliver tries to make a deal with Clark by giving him the satellite images from Dark Thursday, in exchange for his help in finding his friends’ killer. Clark is surprised by a visit from Raya while another escaped phantom, Baern, comes to the Kent farm with the intention of killing Clark.

Lana tries to learn more about Lex’s research project called ROCK and Jimmy Olsen returns to Smallville with the intention of wooing back Chloe. While trying to save a couple from being mugged, the Green Arrow gets shot and surprises Clark when he turns up alive and quite well the very next day. Upon investigating, Clark learns about a drug being developed in Oliver’s research facility, which can heal almost any wound instantly while Lana discovers that she is pregnant and the bitterness between Oliver and Lex reaches a new height. Lex is kidnapped and transferred into another plane of existence by a Level 33.1 patient, named Bronson, who later kidnaps Lana as well to force Lex into revealing the new location of 33.1 while Clark goes off to confront another prisoner from Phantom Zone. Jimmy helps rescue Lana and Lex, who after killing Bronson, proposes to Lana.[Read More...]
